[Answered on Friday, 03/03/2023]I have a new 60 quart mixer that has broken within a few months from new because the cast iron mounts inside have cracked away from the internal wall taking the drive gears with them. Please explain again why you don't cover the parts and labor under warranty for faulty manufacturing? I will not give you $300 for shipping for parts from China because once I have them I wouldn't know what to do with them. I understand that the $300 is to cover "expensive shipping from China" but why are you telling me this, it is under warranty and I shouldn't be having a conversation about it, just fix it like you promise.

[Answered on Wednesday, 08/22/2018]I'm watching your mixer machines online and I see different prices on a 60 qt machine. one is tagged with $3900.00 and the other one is $7700.00. Why? please let me know. Ignacio
[Post by @ ]The difference of these two machines is the NSF certificate. $7700 one has the NSF certificate, which is approved by the Health Department. Also, the warranty is different, the $3900 one has 1 year warranty, $7700 has 2 years warranty.
