[Answered on Monday, 04/17/2023]looking for a LPG Oil saver fryer. In the Photo showing the Oil & Water drains on the Left side, Basket hanging on the Rear side, are the controls on the Front side? Do you have any other photos? Looking for a configuration similar to your standard gas fryers, Controls and Drain in front. I could work with this unit with the drains on the left (long) side. But not on the right side as shown in the 220V units. What is the Water vs Oil litre capacity? When you drain the water and debris, do you just add water over the oil? What is the frizzle procedure to clean the unit? And can you provide a manual? Chris Ez Access Eats, LLC

[Post by comp****x@bellsouth.net ]For this unit there are two separate drains, one drain for water, one drain for oil, you would simply drain the oil when ready to add new. The life duration on oil is a lot more longer then your average fryer. The water is what needs to be drained and re filled often since all the waste from oil is brought down to water. and yes the LP models are the same size. Unfortunately at the moment we do not have a demo video with the fryer running. But someone will be in touch with you shortly to assist you with any other questions you may have. Thank you
