1) the specs sheet shows the height as being 38.75 inches, the video shows the height as being 36.0 inches, can this unit be installed directly on the floor or are the legs required? 2) please provide the dimensions of the front left panel and doors... specifically relative to the width. 3) if necessary is the work top removable? as you can tell i am very concerned regarding fit into the existing bar, undercounter spot. delivery, is that curb delivery or installed delivery? thank you for your time danny
