[Answered on Wednesday, 08/16/2023]I have a customer that has a cooler depot convection oven md# tc-cog, ser# hm2204409, mf date 09/22/2022, natural gas. they seem to be having an issue with the oven staying lit. it turns on for a bit then cuts off. do you think it's the electro-valve or the thermostat? if so how much does the replacement cost? or could it be something else? please let me know. thank you
