[Answered on Tuesday, 06/28/2022]I already ordered this unit but now my boss has concerns. Are the shelves secure from the top if no pans are in the unit? Does it have a lid on the unit for after the cafeteria shuts down? Is the cutting board Aluminum or can it be removed?
