Am interested in the nsf 40" open air merchandiser grab go refrigerator cf-380. for delivery, we don't need a lift gate as the store has a loading dock. is it possible to get a quote without lift gate?

[Answered on Tuesday, 03/19/2024]We bought this cooler at the end of august 2023. the cooler has stopped working (end of november 2023) and the tech says it needs a new compressor. we have not been able to find a new compressor but not sure why it has stopped working after only 3 months. we have requested help and a refund/return but no one has helped us. we want a refund/return or an exchange of the product. please contact us.
