Hi. I bought your cooler ERTS-230L 46" open cooler.
When it got a little warmer out the past couple weeks, the cooler is only cooling bottom shelves and not top shelves. There is ice build up. I unplugged for a day to defrost. It worked again for a couple days but is doing that again now.
I'm wondering if my defrost cycle is not set up properly under the settings. Can you tell me what my factory setting defrost settings should be, by checking your coolers.
By holding the set button, certain codes show up and can be adjusted. Maybe I messed it up when I first bought it trying to figure it out.
There are about 5 setting codes that have a snowflake* symbol. Can you tell me what each code should be set at?
