Exchange Policy
Within 15 days, customer is allowed to exchange.
Pay full amount of the second one, we take it back to check if it has been used or it is brand new.
A. We do not accept exchange requests for items that have been used.
B. If the item(s) have been opened, we will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the total purchase price.
C. If the item(s) have not been opened, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the total purchase price.
Parts Exchange
Exchange, send old parts to change the new parts
Deposit, pay deposit to get new parts, will get refund when old parts send back to coolerdepot.
