Exchange Policy

Within 15 days, customer is allowed to exchange.

Pay full amount of the second one, we take it back to check if it has been used or it is brand new.

A. If it has been used, 50% restocking fee will be applied.

B. 25% charge for opening the box

C. 10% charge for not opening the box

Exchange, send old parts to change the new parts

Deposit, pay deposit to get new parts, will get refund when old parts send back to coolerdepot.

Do not include wear parts like gas, R290, R134a, glass, gasket, plastic parts, lights etc...

Kindly be informed that we do not send notifications to our customers regarding any modifications made to our terms, notifications and policies.
