For all online payment methods (including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), the “Payment Additional” fee is charged by the bank and is strictly non‑refundable. This fee will not be returned under any circumstances, including order cancellations or full/partial refunds.

For all credit card and debit card payments, if 3D Secure 2 authentication is not enabled or successfully completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the bank‑charged “Payment Additional” fee remains strictly non‑refundable.

What is the 3D Secure 2 authentication?

3D Secure 2 (3DS2) is an online payment authentication standard established by international card networks to verify that the person making an online payment is indeed the legitimate cardholder.

For the specific categories and regions/countries listed below, we only accept payments via wire transfers or Zelle. Online payment methods are not permitted for these orders.

Guam-Micronesia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Mexico.

We don't accept American Express Cards

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have decided to exclude American Express cards from our list of available credit cards.
It also includes the orders that purchased using American Express Card through the PayPal gateway.
For all orders paid using an American Express card, the full order amount will be refunded; however, the bank‑charged “Payment Additional” fee remains non‑refundable.

Requirements for Credit Card Purchases

1. The recipient's name on the invoice, the name on the ID card, and the cardholder's name on the credit card must match exactly.

2. If necessary, we may request a photo of you holding the payment card for verification purposes.

Kindly be informed that we do not send notifications to our customers regarding any modifications made to our terms, notifications and policies.
