Pickup Policy

(A) Payment by check will be cleared within 3 Business days

(B) Any bank deposit by cash will need to be done at least 1 Business day before pickup

(C) Payment by Zelle will need to show cleared status before pickup (the product cannot be picked up during processing)

Pick up notification

For all picked up orders, please bring the invoice with your photo ID.

Customer pick-ups are typically left in the original vendor packaging for safer transport to your home. You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items and noting any external signs of damage to our dock team member prior to Cooler Depot assisting you in loading them into your vehicle. If you pick up an item that has an imperfection or concealed damage, it is your responsibility to return the item to Cooler Depot for servicing or exchange.
