Request a Repair Service
Initiate a repair service yourself is very simple:
Go to My Orders, find the order that contains the item
you want to repair.
Located the item you need to repair in the order, then click on the "Request
Repair" button.
Fill out the form following the instructions and submit your request. We will
handle everything else. You will also receive notifications by email throughout the repair process until it is
finished.
