Answered on Friday, 03/04/2022Hi i im trying to replace my griddle inside of my food cart and would like to know what is the difference between the snack line models vs the manual and heavy duty
Post by mrtyjo******1@hotmail.comThe manual griddle let you have control of the low, medium, and high settings. However, as the temperature continue to rise with each setting, you will have no control of the rising temperature on the surface. All of the griddles we carry are heavy duty and can be used in a food truck.
