Hello. Interested in this item -Clearance Electric Convection Oven 208 Three phase NSF 12084. Is it still available? Is it used or a floor model? It looks 'rough' but might just need a good cleaning. I am in Washington state. What is the shipping cost? Finally, I need a single phase electric convection oven. Is that what this is? Tim
