Answered on Thursday, 11/07/2024Can you cook food in the 50qt stainless steel pressure canner? that may seem like a dumb question, but in my research i've found that not all canner can be used to cook with. for example a packer brisket? also, can a temperature probe be run through the various lid holes while maintaining a seal and accommodating the pressure gauge and weighted release valves? is there a link on your site to download the user manual? can you send me a pdf if there isnt. thank you.
