Can i get the warranty if i do not live near a store? or is there a regular warranty

Answered on Wednesday, 06/04/2025I bought a new ckc 90qt. i am having problems with gas control. i have new propane tank. can not control fire with knob. flame gets to max height of approximately 1/4". burner will not light with pizzo lighter. i can light burner manually but again flame is not controllable.

Answered on Monday, 05/19/2025Just wondering what the difference is between this model that you’re showing for 3200 and the one that you guys are selling on ebay for 2200? you can email me the answer is fine. i’m ready to buy one but i wanna know the difference, i’ve been reading the feedback on your stuff and it says that it’s thin stainless steel and the welds are not very good. changed my mind so i buy from you guys. thanks.

Answered on Monday, 04/28/2025I'm interested in your 80 quart kettle corn machine. questions are below. 1) you get a kettle corn machine, automatic stirrer, and sifting table, all for $2,000? 2) is it made out of aluminum, stainless steel, or what? please provide the spec number such as 304 stainless steel. 3) what is the kettle made out of and roughly how thick is it at the bottom? what's the brand name on the kettle? 4) what type of burner element is that and what is the btu. 5) does it come with a propane tank and hose with regulator? 6) is there a pilot light or is that an electric start? 7) how many gallons of popcorn does it pop? how many gallons of popcorn does a 30 quart pop? 8) how many cups of oil, and how many cups of kernels per batch? 9) how long does it take to pop one batch of popcorn from start to finish? 10) is the automatic stirrer easily removable? i appreciate your reply and any other information i should know, please provide it. mark
