I am building in an in-door building basement an ice bar in san antonio, texas 78205 freezer to be about 900sf/9 feet tall with 3 feet clearance top of it. need the following system: 1. compressor and refrigeration unit: brand? • capacity: 12 tons. 2 6 tons units or 3 4tons, what would make more sense? air-cool or maybe combo, buiding cool water system and air cooled. • low-temperature capable, designed for 15-20°f. • refrigerant: r-404a or r-407c. 2. evaporator coils: • sized for high latent and sensible heat removal. 3. defrost system: • electric or hot gas defrost, especially for periods when no one is inside, to prevent ice buildup. 4. thermostatic controls: • adjust to handle variations in load (high load with people and low load without people). 5. airflow management: • high-efficiency fans to maintain uniform temperature. appreciate an email back, thank you. sam

If it came by semi wed have to unload it next door there is a vacant car dealership that would give us plenty of room for them to get in and out and unloading and I can throw it in my vehicle and take it home
