I have a 18 ft x 18 ft x 10 ft tall insulated metal building with 4 " of closed cell spray foam on inside, with a non insulated 10 ft wide roll up door that is openened once per week, and a 36 " insulated metal building door for entry. the structure is a stand alone building sitting outside with little to no shade in mid day. what size equipment do i need to get the insulated building down to 35 degrees f? what model in your product line do i order?

I need to replace my old remote condenser unit, a 3 phase 230v, on a 3 pole 20 amp breaker (located on the roof of my building, approximately 25' or less of line set). the cooler is 9x9x9 with 5 glass cooler doors and would also like to replace my evaporator, unit, which is 120v single phase. would this adequate enough to maintain temp at 35f-40f degrees with cooler doors being opened and closed often?

I have a 8’ w x 12’ long and 8’ height room, that i want to make it become a walk in cooler for heat and cold contrast therapy for people. the door will be open very frequently as well. i just need the room temperature at 35-40 fahrenheit. how big the unit do i need for that purpose?
