Answered on Friday, 01/20/2023My question is there is a statement on your website saying these only can do 5psi is that correct or am I not understanding something because I have a small 4 quart pressure cooker that can do 15psi so please clarify how the units you are selling are true commercial grade pressure cookers when there max psi is 5psi or is that the size weight it comes with and I can upgrade to a actually usable pressure cooker weight of say 20psi and up if that is not the case how are these considered real commercial pressure cookers and not just large pots with a seal feature so please clarify what I'm not understanding thank you
