Dear cooler depot sales team, we intend to install the nsf chinese steamer oven cooking cabinet (model c78-2) in a new restaurant in los angeles. when we searched the nsf certified food equipment database (info.nsf.org) under nsf/ansi 4, we could not locate this model or a related trade name. to satisfy the local health department, please provide one of the following: 1. the official nsf certificate (pdf) for model c78-2, or 2. the direct nsf listing url showing model c78-2, or 3. written confirmation of an equivalent certified model listed under another trade name, with its nsf link. if additional information is required, feel free to contact me. thank you
